Dale
Buck is a Shareholder at Martin & Seibert, L.C. and practices
primarily in the area of insurance litigation. Mr. Buck has defended and
managed the defense of a broad variety of tort and contract claims,
including medical malpractice deviation, product liability, professional
liability, wrongful death and extra-contractual "bad faith"
claims.
Mr. Buck is a founding member of Habitat for Humanity
of the Eastern Panhandle, is a former member of the Board of Directors
of Naylor Library, and served as a council member of the Town of
Hedgesville, West Virginia. He is also a member of the Defense Trial
Council of West Virginia, the Defense Research Institute, and is
currently serving as the Vice President of the Berkeley County Bar
Association.
Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Buck spent several
years serving as an emergency medical technician where he developed an
extensive knowledge of the medical practice.
He is admitted to practice before the United States
District Courts for both the Northern and Southern Districts of West
Virginia, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals and before the West
Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals.
