Halkias practices in the fields of civil defense litigation, insurance
law, and personal injury law.
Mr. Halkias began his career in the litigation
department of Jackson & Kelly in Charleston, concentrating in the
areas of insurance and corporate defense. He later joined Mark Garren
& Associates where his practice focused exclusively on insurance
defense litigation. He has successfully defended insureds on a variety
of negligence claims.
He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District
Court for the Southern District of West Virginia and the Supreme
Court of Appeals of West Virginia.
