Jones practices in the fields of bankruptcy, commercial and retail law
with an emphasis on creditors� rights litigation.
Mr. Jones is a member of the West Virginia Bar
Association, the Order of the Barristers, the American Bar Association,
as well as the Commercial Law League of America, the National
Association of Retail Collection Attorneys and the American Collectors
Association Members Attorney Program. He serves as the ACA�s West
Virginia Member Attorney Program (MAP) Chairman and is the author of the
West Virginia section of NARCA�s Creditor-Attorney National Legal Recovery Guide.
He has been admitted to the Supreme Court of Appeals
for the State of West Virginia, the United States District Court for the
Southern District of West Virginia, and the United States District Court
for the Northern District of West Virginia.
