Laura
Davis practices in general corporate and
insurance law matters, including class actions and "bad faith"
insurance defense. A significant amount of her corporate insurance
practice has been
focused on transactions involving major insurance carriers. Her practice
also includes personal injury.
Ms. Davis is a member of both the West Virginia State Bar and the
American Bar Association.
Ms. Davis has been admitted to the United States
District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of West
Virginia.
