Richard Busch practices primarily in the area of
Worker�s Compensation, representing employers and claimants. He also
practices general litigation, in cases involving insurance defense,
extra-contractual liability, and class action litigation. He currently
heads the Worker�s Compensation practice at Martin and Seibert.
Mr. Busch is a member of the West Virginia State Bar and
the American Bar Association.
He is admitted to practice before the West Virginia
Supreme Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the
Northern District of West Virginia, and the United States District Court
for he Southern District of West Virginia.
