Ronald
Rossi practices primarily in employment law and general defense
litigation. He has litigated cases involving employment discrimination,
wrongful termination, civil rights, personal injury, workplace injury,
property damage, fraud, breach of warranty, insurance, contract
disputes, Railroad Law, including the FELA, and cases concerning the
dissociation of a partner/member. He has appeared before administrative
bodies in workers� compensation and unemployment compensation matters
and has litigated matters before the West Virginia Human Rights
Commission. Mr. Rossi assists in the preparation and litigation of
insurance class actions and counsels clients in matters of employment
law and workers compensation.
Mr. Rossi is a member of the executive council of the
Young Lawyers Division of the West Virginia Bar Association. He is also
a member of the American Bar Association, the West Virginia State Bar,
the Berkeley County Bar Association, the Defense Trial Counsel of West
Virginia, the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel, and the Defense Research Institute. He is a member of the
Inwood (Bunker Hill) Chapter of Lions International.
He is admitted to practice before the West Virginia
Supreme Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the
Northern District of West Virginia, the United States District Court for
the Southern District of West Virginia and the United States Court of
Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
