Kay Fuller nominated to Council on Litigation Management

Martin & Seibert, LC is pleased to announce that E. Kay Fuller has been accepted into the prestigious Council on Litigation Management. The Council is a nonpartisan alliance comprised of thousands of insurance companies, corporations, corporate counsel, litigation and risk managers, claims professionals and attorneys. Through education and collaboration the organization’s goals are to create a common interest in the representation by firms of companies, and to promote and further the highest standards of litigation management in pursuit of client defense. Selected attorneys and law firms are extended membership by invitation only based on nominations from CLM Fellows.

Ms. Fuller chairs the firm’s litigation department and is involved in a number of cases of first impression at the trial and appellate levels. She routinely defends corporations against institutional attacks and claims seeking punitive damages and maintains an extensive litigation practice. She is also a frequent author and lecturer providing information to lawyers and insurance professionals across the country on emerging trends in insurance and related litigation. Ms. Fuller is licensed to practice law in all state and federal courts in West Virginia and Virginia.
