Kay Fuller selected to serve on DRI Bad Faith Seminar Planning Committee

Martin & Seibert, L.C. shareholder and DRI Insurance Law Committee member Kay Fuller has been selected to serve on the steering committee for the 2011 DRI Bad Faith seminar.

Ms. Fuller will join a distinguished panel of bad faith experts and litigators from retained counsel and in-house counsel across the country to share her insights and experiences in this highly volatile area of insurance law.

As a frequent lecturer and author, Ms. Fuller will bring real-world litigation experience to the panel and to conference attendees. Next year’s seminar will be conducted June 23-24 in Washington, D.C.
